Ryan WilliamsGuest
Hi Mark,
This is a false positive from whatever antivirus you are using. We have used an obfuscator called ‘confuser’ to obfuscate our code so that it is not easily decompiled and reverse engineered.
Here is the link to the application ‘confuser’ for verification.

Ryan WilliamsGuestHello All,
I am the creator/owner of Imagisizer and I an not ignoring this discussion thread and have posted a reply but it has not been approved yet. Please view this as a troubleshooting guide to the connection issues you are having to license imagisizer.
Thanks.Troubleshooting Guide:

Imagisizer SupportSoumyaGuestI couldn’t give a lesser rating. This is a scam download, the installed product could not be licensed anyhow for days. Tried everything. Seems like the developers tried some free publicity. They don’t reply to posts. SOS please remove it from your reputed site.
RaanGuestI and apparently many others keep getting an error that the program cannot contact the activation server. And the program closes immediately after
AjitGuestNit Activating – I get message – Could not contact the licensing server
Clinton StewartGuestI seem to be having an issue with activating the software, it’s installed ok on both Win 7 & 10, I try to activate the software with the serial given but get the following message ‘Could not contact the licensing server, please check your internet connection and try again’ my internet connection is fine, any ideas, Thanks
BennyGuestProgramm look good. I have installed it. a pity, I can register it. Giva all the tim check your internet, can’t reach the license computer.
Internet is en was OK.AlgentGuestJust tried it. It is very nice and fast.
Frank GraulauGuestSame problem with entering key, server not reached.
Gerry_DetroitGuestThanx to the developers for finally responding. However, too many hoops to jump through, unlike other software installations. Uninstalled!
consuellaGuest[@Gerry_Detroit]
I don’t remember such a disasterous registration fiasco ever happening before in the whole history of the Sharewareonsale or its predecessor. This is simply unheard of.If the developer cannot simplify the registration process because he is unwilling to do so or he simply lacks the skills to do it, how can we trust his advice regarding disabling our security programs or allowing firewall to accept the outbound connection in order to register his program.
I did take the risk though, and I disabled my AV and allowed a connection in my firewall just for the sake of it, but still no go!
Very, very frustrating.I wonder, why should we be forced by this developer to go through so many hoops and still fail to accomplish such a simple task like a registration of the program?!
Fed up with so many unsecessful atempts to register this software, I have decided to uninstall it.
Now, I hope I will be able to hunt down all the traces of it in my registry.
Wish me good luck.
Ryan WilliamsGuestTo All,
We were not ignoring your requests. My posts were not being approved for some reason in this discussion thread. My apologies if you felt I was ignoring you, however that was not the case.
I want to point out to everyone using our software. We cannot control what software that is on your computer that could be potentially blocking our application from accessing the internet. We have had over 1800+ successful activations with no issues since this giveaway started, except the ones reported here and about 4 through our website contact email that we have promptly responded to for troubleshooting this issue. We pride ourselves on the level of ease our software provides in almost every case. However we do not have control over what other software on your computer thinks of our software. Hopefully this is understood and as a software developer we address each issue directly so that it can be resolved, hence the troubleshooting guide to help us find the issue that could be causing roughly 20 out of 1800+ activations to fail.
Please accept our sincerest apologies as we cannot control who approves our posts in this discussion thread.Sincerely,

ImagisizerRyan WilliamsGuestTo All,
With the help of Eric and Sue who contacted us through our website about the activation issue. We have found the issue and you should be able to activate the software with no issues now.
Before trying to activate you may need to reboot your router/modem and your computer to refresh the DNS entries.
Please let us know if you still are having issues after trying the above first.
ThanksRyan Williams

http://www.imagisizer.comIssue Explained (Technical Jargon Ahead):
While troubleshooting this issue with the people that had contacted us and by checking everything under the sun we discovered that our server host provider/DNS had a ipv6 address automatically injected ‘for compatibility reasons’ to support ipv6. We however do not use ipv6 because we currently have a static ipv4 address and that works just fine and there is no need to use ipv6. So when pinging the licensing server address it was responding because the ‘server’ is bound to that ipv6 address, but the website was not bound to this ipv6 because it is not needed. However server hosts need to make sure that their servers are compatible for ipv6 which caused anyone that has an ISP that is running ipv6 to use ipv6 to contact that address instead of the ipv4 address.End result, detailed user feedback eg: os version, detailed error reporting, screenshots of the error/ping tests, etc.. is always detrimental to a successful software. We cannot catch every single bug all the time even though we do try. We want to take a moment to thank Eric and Sue for testing and providing us the feedback we needed to resolve this. Thank you very very much from the Imagisier Team! We really appreciate it!
consuellaGuestThank you for fixing this very weird problem with the activation of your software.
Because, as I mentioned before, after many unsuccessful and frustrating attempts to register your application by following all your suggested solutions I was still unable to activate the program. So I decided to uninstall your program.
But I kept hoping that someone, a poster, or you yourself, would find a working solution to this problem.
And it happened. Which is wonderful.
So, after having read your post today, I decided to reinstall your program, and true to your word, there was no problem with activating it.
Thank you for taking our critical comments here to heart, and for fixing the issue at your end.
Kudos to you for doing that.
And most of all, thank you for giving us a chance to test your software.
Regards,
consuella
RyanGuestThank you! I originally could not install the software the original day was posted from the same error that many people had in posts above but just tried today and there was no error. Great software. To the developers don’t be discouraged by the negative comments. It happens. I am just happy and thankful that you are willing to give a full version of your software for free. Thanks Again
Ryan
