Don’t be fooled by this page. Currently the description and screenshot are for version 1.9, the same that was given away for free here a week ago. However what’s really offered in this promo is a lifetime license for version 2.0 which is very different. Just take a look at screenshots:

This license is also valid for all 1.x and 2.x versions.Decided to give this program a try.
But when I went to purchase BEFORE sale was over, the promo price wasn’t available. $11.98 is worth a try…$39.95 a bit much.
Not sure why the promo price was ended early.
