    Their domain has expired. I am not saying that this means they have gone out of business. It could be that monitors in this future world (e.g. Back to the Future) are advanced enough now to protect our eyes. Perhaps the software couldn’t keep pace. My monitor is less than a year old, and it has the ability not to hurt my eyes. It takes all day now for my eyes to show any signs of strain. A few monitors back, I would be lucky if I got in three hours of viewing a monitor without eyestrain. So, it is possible that monitors have come such a long way that software such as this are no longer needed or able to keep up with the technology trend in monitors. It could also be that someone at the office forgot to renew the domain.

    When I try to activate Iris Mini Pro, I get a message that says “No Giveaway – There is no active giveaway right now” What’s up with that? I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it three times and same thing.

    I have tried all your recommendations and as last resort over Terminal and package contents when registering the Terminal gives as feedback:

    “No giveway. There is no active giveaway right now”

    I didn’t have to put any licence into the program. I have this software from previous promotion activated as far as I remember. The licence is for 1 year. Today is the date of it expire. So I should have to use the licence again. It’s wired, but real. Eventually, the first link works. The second one doesn’t. Happens

    Muflon, did you say 1 year?, what weird deal is this for a program that is already available in macOS?
    Tell them they can get happy with this 1 year thing… I don’t need it and return it with the express as a big favour

    Have the same issue. No active give away. Don’t understand, but maybe we should wait one day as one user suggests. Yes, Valentina, I entered the info correct. At least five times. Ha, but no worries. In Dutch they say you should not look a given horse in the mouth, meaning I should be grateful.

    Why settle for less? Don’t take this negative attitude. No, do it as I do, send it back to them with the express button and a big thank you.
