Does this software need an Internet connection to run?
Also, does it “Phone Home” while it is running?
Combination of my email and registration code I received failed to Register iSkysoft PDF Converter, which I received from sharewareonsale.com.Stephane RobertGuest
When I have “converted” a PDF file into a Word file (in fact a word file with image in it) it works well (but it’s only images of text in the word file that you can not edit)
When I have (really) converted a PDF file into a Word file (with OCR) to obtain an editable word file, the result was really poor : the text was here but the format of the text was very damaged and the file cannot be used as it. Everything has to be corrected. Finally, this program is not very useful.
(@Stephan Davis) I have registered it without any problem. (with the sharewareonsale email given)Jonathan SmithersonGuest
This software makes it very convenient to convert any PDS file to other formats without much trouble.
Thus it can be useful to many people who want to convert a PDF file they received and who want to modify it using other programs.
I approve of this software for being available.DavidGuest
will not activate?Nancy GGuest
Very easy to activate and use. I have many occasions where I need to convert a .pdf document to an image document and now I can do it easily! Thanks!GaryGuest
I receive an error near end of install twice:
Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files\iSkysoft\PDF Converter Pro\Printer Setup\WSPrtSetup.exe
ShellExecuteEx failed; code 193.
%1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Then when the install finished, the last prompt is to start the program, but again it has an error:
Runtime Error (at 73:309):
Could not call proc.
Installed on Win XP SP3 32-bit (listed in Technical Details as being supported).NabeelGuest
