Does PDF Creator allow me to fill in fields (Name, Address, etc…) of a form that is in PDF format?

The “CHM to PDF” option does not seem to work for me XP SP3, on completion I end up with a small blank pdf
no matter which I option I save in “preference” page settings, all is “blank”
Its alright saying “its free” and thanks for that; but surely the software should work as stated!
…MoanerI tried three different files (TXT, TIFF and DOC)–all failed. Very disappointing as I know that the TIF successfully converted with another program.
