So, can this be installed and booted from on a USB drive or CD?

I’ve tried everything to get this program to activate, but no success. It seems the company wants to get you to download the program, then when it can’t be activated, they figure you’ll go ahead and buy the program. I would say this company and the product is a SCAM.
