[@Orchid] Does anyone know what the differences are between the “Free” and here it talks about Enterprise versions/edition? On their sight it mentions that it is free… yet also mentions Lifetime use for $99.00. Enterprise seems to be a 1 year license only… so why buy if there’s a Free version. Are their extra options available or further settings not usable for the different users – Free, Enterprise, Lifetime?

The Free version can be used for lifetime, but it has less features than the Professional version. Also, the video made by the Free version has Mango Animate watermark, and Free users can only publish their videos in 576P.

The Professional version can be used for lifetime and the price is $99 for 2 users, but it has less features than the Enterprise version. Professional users can publish their videos in 720P without Mango Animate watermark.

The Enterprise version can be used for lifetime and the price is $299 for 10 users. It has all the features available in the software program. Enterprise users can publish their videos in 1080P without Mango Animate watermark.

In this giveaway, we provide the Enterprise version of Mango AM for one year. You can use all the features available in the Enterprise version for one year. After one year, your account will become a free account, but you can still use our Free version.

I’ve also searched their sight, found no actual Help section for program help or questions, however there is a Learning area with some videos (generic looking) there to view. No actual About Me information of where they’re located and company information. The Support is just a contact form that doesn’t appear to work, or work correctly(?) perhaps. A bit sketchy to me when even the company information seems to be hidden.

The sign up procedure is unnecessarily time consuming and convoluted. Nothing works, it’s frustrating and ultimately the account sign up doesn’t work as advertised.

I’ve given up. If the company can’t get this simple procedure right what the hell is the software like?
