put activation code in gift card but still show upgrade it

Why do you say we get the Enterprise edition ($299) and then it still has the upgrade button?
And when I click on Help/About it just Mango Animate v 2.7.7 and it does NOT say Enterprise?
And why is it for only 1 year?
Would I still be able to use it after 1 year?

What waste of time. The 64 bit version of the installation hub crashed my browser 3 times trying to download it. The cause? The .exe contains “0” bytes!
I had to use the 32 bit version.

The sign up procedure is unnecessarily time consuming and convoluted. Nothing works, it’s frustrating and ultimately the account sign up doesn’t work as advertised.

I’ve given up. If the company can’t get this simple procedure right what the hell is the software like?
Too bad, I was looking forward to trying this one.

Does anyone know what the differences are between the “Free” and here it talks about Enterprise versions/edition? On their sight it mentions that it is free… yet also mentions Lifetime use for $99.00. Enterprise seems to be a 1 year license only… so why buy if there’s a Free version. Are their extra options available or further settings not usable for the different users – Free, Enterprise, Lifetime?

I’ve also searched their sight, found no actual Help section for program help or questions, however there is a Learning area with some videos (generic looking) there to view. No actual About Me information of where they’re located and company information. The Support is just a contact form that doesn’t appear to work, or work correctly(?) perhaps. A bit sketchy to me when even the company information seems to be hidden.
