Going to give it a try. Has been years ago i used McAfee. Why not now again?.
Follow the instructions posted and you will get a file and a serial. No Facebook required to register, a email is all you need.No real troubles getting it and up and running.

j’étais utilisateur de McAfee, mais le 21 avril 2010, des millions d’utilisateurs Windows XP SP3 se sont retrouvés avec un écran noir car McAfee avait supprimé par erreur un fichier fondamental de Windows nécessaire au démarrage.
J’ai attendu 10 jours, mais McAfee n’a jamais réinstallé le fichier supprimé. cf Magazine Windows News n° 193.
Conclusion : j’ai dû formater puis réinstaller et configurer, ce qui m’a pris 15 jours.
Depuis, je ne veux plus entendre parler de McAfee et j’ai acheté Acronis True Image !!!When i clicked on the link to the givaway page i have an error like this :
