Good software. Like it very much
Says that the provided licence key is invalid.

I was getting the same popup. Later though I discovered that the reason for that was my firewall which was blocking MovieJack. Also, you get the same popup when you are launching the program offline. It looks like it has to have unfettered access to the internet all the time. Then it shows the license as valid until 5/28/2019

Found registration link and got key. You must check both boxes to agree to the terms *AND* allow marketing emails in order to submit your request for a registration key. I suspect that’s where a lot of people are getting stuck. The bad news is the key is only good for one year and the tool *ONLY* works on YouTube. I’m going to go ahead and delete this software. I was hoping for something more robust.
Installed, provided email for registration code — which never arrived despite two tries.
Is this app only works W7.? After download the exe does not run?????

Not a dependable company.Thank you Ashraf! This installed and activated with no problems. Although I would like to point out that when you press the button to get the reg key, at least where I am at it took about a minute for it to respond with a message that the confirmation link had been sent, so there is a delay.
It’s not a bad product if you just want to download YouTube videos or music. I wish they would provide a list as to what sites they actually support because every site I tried with the exception of YouTube the response the software give me was “Sorry this site is not supported”.
1. the software defaulted to german with no option to change to english
2. the install page to get my software present me with a choice that is against the GDPR / WP29.

This is NOT GDPR compliant , nor is most of their site most of the links in the footer (t&c, ppolicy) do not work . very dubious
This Movie Jack, does not perform. I uninstalled it!

I never received a license key to enter. I tried it several times but I never received the license key.
Won’t register – put in my email and no message ever comes. Yes, I checked my Spam folder.
