Installed on one PC, Windows 10
This was a smooth and easy download for me. After installation I opened a blank document so that I could see the necessary menu to click thru FILE -> ABOUT -> ACTIVATE WITH LICENSE KEY. I’d already copied the key to clipboard from the online Shareware checkout page and so I just pasted it into the box and clicked activate. I immediately got a notification from MyDraw that the licence had changed and for the changes to take place the program needed to be restarted. So I did that.
No problems.Mr.DaveGuestInstalled fine for me on 1 PC, registration as described on the “Success” page and in other comments above. Had to create a blank drawing in order to see the file menu, then click About, then click activate then type in or paste the license key.
Program looks very good, much like Visio without the Visual Basic programming (yes, I found that helpful many times to automate things on charts that change often, and to allow uniform scaling, color changes, etc.). I like the Compose features (union, intersect, subtract, etc.) for creating new shapes by combining existing shapes. Very powerful, and I don’t remember seeing that in Visio (it’s been many many years since I used Visio).
If you need to make charts (not graphs) for about anything, this program should help.

My opinion: problems on the part of the provider internetIvanGuestBut on Windows XP – registering the program successfully
DaveGuestThe software installed easily and looks excellent but I can’t register it.
Whenever I enter the registration code and press Activate, I get the following error: “Failed to connect to activation server. Please try again later. The request failed with HTTP status 400: Bad Request”.
Osborne LamoreeGuestDownloaded and installed. Open proggy, when it appears, click on Blank Drawing and then click on FILE and then on Account. You will see you have an Evaluation Version. So I copied the sent license code and clicked on Enter License and a box appeared to paste the code and clicking Activate and it said it was Activated, …but above that in the About image, it says that I am not logged in to MyDraw account. So then I went to MyDraw.com and on the first page, NO space to register, only Log In is available, so I clicked thru several pages and discovered that if you click on Forums, at the top next to Log In is “Register”! So I registered, then went back to the MyDraw/New Blank Page/File/Account and viola, I was registered and Logged In and the Activation part said that I was using a Licensed Version of MyDraw. As for putting it on another PC, haven’t tried that yet.
StephGuest[@Steph] I did manage to register MyDraw today on first try. Hooray. I don’t know whether it’s relevant but this time I’d opened a blank document whereas previously I’d opened a diagram template.
Thanks for this great software. It’s much appreciated.
MyDraw SupportGuestThe activation of the software is online and for some users (due to a proxy or internet connection issues) the activation fails with error “400 Bad Request”. When this error occurs, please report it with your email so we can provide you with an offline license.
MinGuest[@MyDraw Support] What advice do you have for those of us who get the “Licence activation failed” message on our 2nd computer? Thanks
MinGuest[@Min] To answer my own question, it appears the licence key is tied to the computer from which the download is requested. So for those of you who, like me, could not activate the program on your 2nd computer, use that computer to request the software again, and you will get a different licence key.
OBGuestFor all of you that have the error: activation fails with error “400 Bad Request”, the solution is to type the password, do not copy and paste. At the moment there is another giveaway on SoS and I had this problem again, it did not issue a new password. After typing the password the submission went through and you can activate with my account, it will give you a one year license.
