Hi there. I have downloaded the software which has run successfully on my PC. However, when I copy and paste the registration key in the email I received, I get an error message: “There was no registration code in the clipboard.” I did try to enter the code manually but still no success. This looks like software which I would use so can you assist. Many thanks.
The share on sale version has no registration point – just open and start
I have the Free offer it works, but will not allow registration, server closed.
You say above just use it, however it also says 30 day trial mode.
Please adviseThe offer is for a 2 computer licence, I have installed and registered 1 computer but I cannot get an activation for a second computer. The software installs fine as a demo trial on pc 2 , but I only get an activation failed message when using the same registration key.
[@Waller] You have to open a new blank drawing, then you will get the file tab, where you can click about, then enter registration info.

I seem to have a similar problem. The software looks very nice, and it seems to run fine. It’s not asking for registration. In any case, instructions say to click FILE -> ABOUT -> ACTIVATE WITH LICENSE KEY. I do not see a menu with “FILE” or anything else. No menu. I’m just concerned that it will all stop working at some point.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.You have first to create a blank document and then you have the option to register. In my case this is not working, I get always an error.

I have the samoe problem. The software does not activatte on second computer.[@Alandri]
The same problem. Activated fine on first computer, but does not activate on the second.The software installed easily and looks excellent but I can’t register it.
Whenever I enter the registration code and press Activate, I get the following error: “Failed to connect to activation server. Please try again later. The request failed with HTTP status 400: Bad Request”.
I’ve also been unable to register an online account at mydraw.com which I hoped might help solve the problem. The activation message I was supposed to receive hasn’t arrived, and isn’t in my spam folder.
Perhaps all of MyDraw’s servers have fallen over due to a massive response to this giveaway? Anyway I hope this can be solved.
I have the same problem activating the software on a second device, I can license the first machine successfully but the same license is rejected on the same machine.
I think this SW is great but I can’t register like other people.
Hope without registering the SW will work in the future.How do I link a license to an account? Or this license cannot be linked?
