downloaded and installed clicked request license key and still waiting for the email… have done this twice.
not a good startI download and Installed, but when i request the license key, show me a window with the message:
“Currently no service available or internet connection is broken.”

Questiabley Useful but most features require a paid option to get full video or audio. you get about 20 formats not 400. only about 6 video formats. Requires DVR option and Audio package to to useful. 3d, photo opt and video opt. behind paywall . its so crippled its not worth your time shame on you engelman. (and they spam you to death) thats 14.99 video formats+14.99 audio formats+14.99 3d option+19.99photo opt++29.99 video opt to make this even useful

thxThis may be an interesting program. However I am not willing to install any program before I know what the license key is. It does no good to install a program and then be unable to register it. Don’t believe me? read some of the comments above. I will have to pass on this.

have installed software with success but cant start program

I downloaded and installed the software successfully.
When I received the Serial Number and pasted from the clipboard, I was notified on screen that the number sent to me was invalid.
Consequently, I couldn’t activate the programme.
Not helpful at all.I got all to work fine but the GUI is all in German. Not useful to me at all.
all you need is FFmpeg and if you want a gui just get FFmpegYAG
google them they’re open sourced free and the windows ports support hardware accelerationLOGICIEL QUI NE FONCTIONNE PAS.
