ThanksI am getting the following error while installing the program after downloading. I tried downloading manually as well as through the installation setup. The error reads “MyFormatConverter has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.
This version only supports a very limited number of formats to convert. You need to buy more formats. Fake advertising.
My version has no 2D to 3D icon or optimization options at all .

Whenever I encounter this problem I right-click the shortcut to the program, in this case MyFormatConverter Basic, then I click on the Compatibility Tab, then check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and choose an option that I prefer.Maybe this can work for you too.

All advertising and giveaways thru this supplier are actually a waste of our time and INVASION of junk mail! Same as with Cyberlink, just give you “some” crippled software so you have to go for their overpriced an poor design software!

Ad says it includes DVR conversion as well. Not included in the basic version which was supplied. That was the main reason I took this offer. I realize that for free software some might ask what I’m complaining about. Well, I already have good video conversion software that I like. I wanted the DVR conversion which I still don’t have. Instead I gave out my email to another company and now have a useless program on my PC. Oh, and the upgrade within the program for the Premium? Is $10/pounds more than on their website. Fail.
Installer is not working on Win 10 x64 , tried compatibility mode , still not working. how old os support this software.
This is a misleading offer — and I wonder who wrote the glowing Featured Review on https://sharewareonsale.com/s/free-myformatconverter-basic-100-discount.
If you go to https://myformatconverter.com/en/ it is stated very clearly that the offered BASIC version does NOT include “any optimizations, our 2D to 3D conversion and without DVR support.” So how can the Featured Review praise those non-existent features??Further, if you take a quick look at the add-ons page https://myformatconverter.com/en/add-ons/ you can see that you apparently even need to buy an add-on for MP3 and FLAC.
I’m not bashing the product, haven’t even tried it. My gripe is with SOS here.
I have a licence key, when I enter it in the fieldsthe check button does not clear to be able to click it.i am left with 3 options none of witch work.
[@M] I did the download and installation for My Format Converter but didn’t go into it immediately. Then a few days ago I tried to use and it asked me for a code or registration key, something like that. It said that this code would be in the mail that I would have received from you guys but I unfortunately deleted that mail,. Are you able to please assist me? Much appreciated.
