Completed the registration form three hours ago but not received the key, yet.
Attempted to obtain key but immediately the page goes back to a blank page. Completed 4 times and each time the same – certainly no key received from completion
download doesn’t work and no registration key sent after filling in the details
I’ve downloaded the program twice(out of boredom – asked for the key several times- but no key appears in mail, this has to be a mistake! Odd though that, here we are several hours later, and the problem still exists and neither “shareware on sale” or Nova (Although I’m not sure it is their issue) have acknowledged the problem. What happened to quality control?
I followed the instructions and got the license key within 15 seconds.
The issue seems to have been at the Softland end as when I tried (several times) to get the license earlier the page would just return to the license request page, rather than giving a message to use the installer from the campaign partner, as it does now. So Softland appear to have recognised the issue and amended the request page – thanks to them.
Install repeatedly fails giving the following errors (one at a time, and some more than once)
Remote Device not Available Printer driver not available Windows Installation error 0x80070005So nothing works, even the error messages are strange.
I fully understand that some software, you get a free version 3.1 but you cannot upgrade to version 4 etc – but if the nova PDF 10 gives me a free trial (for 30 days) of nova PDF 11, I don’t then expect it to “nag” that I’m using an outdated version LOL. I’m actually using both.
Tried to install twice, it took ages until installation would even start, then failed on both occasions, and to make matters worse, Softorganizer also took ages until all of it’s plug-ins, traces, etc. could be cleaned & uninstalled. Wasted over an hour for a product that doesn’t even install correctly. Actually zero star rating.
