I am an idiot, and can not figure out how to register the program. I did go on the site and set my account up, and they did send me the serial number and an registration number, but upon starting the program I could not see where to enter the registration number. Also, trying to figure out how to use the program was incredibly hard for me, so I finally gave up on it. I guess I am not asking for help exactly, but commenting that people that are not that great with computers, will have a difficult time using the program.
Thank you for all you do for us, in providing all the awesome programs to try out.

I submitted my request for a licence and serial number several hours ago, but so far I haven’t received anything.

Tried to use this but it gives an error when trying to create recovery media. Contacted support but they were pretty much useless. Asked me to send screenshot and after I did they never got back to me.

Paragon seems to NOT be responding to registration requests, is this an old expired offering?
I used the serial number provided last February, the software is the same.
[@Gail] the serial number goes in BEFORE installation, so if you got through the installation then it’s registered.
Using partition management is an intellectual challenge because there are no clear correlations between what we want and how to get there, we need to understand partitions choices, formatting choices, and so on, there’s a lot to learn, I learned most of it by starting in the 1980s with the original PC and a single-sided floppy diskette drive, so when a 10 MB ( yes, megabyte ) hard drive arrived, it was fun to play with, and we tried everything on it as we tought ourselves what all of those choices meant, and we had to program in the number of heads, sectors, tracks, FAT, FAT32, exFAT, active, primary and secondary partitions, logical and extended partitions … then NTFS happened, then 32 GB happened, then 2 TB happened, MBR or GPT, reserved portions, recovery partitions, then UEFI and so on … Microsoft has approximately 100 million web pages obscuring all the technical and higer-level information needed to manage RAS Random Access Storage, commonly known as hard drives, solid state drive, flash memory cards and USB flash drives.
I’ve been at this since the beginning, and I do not understand GPT, UEFI, Mac, or Linux.
So, we all have our compromises.
Look stuff up, and try it on a SPARE drive or card before thinking we understand what’s going on.
Anyway, Paragon-Software. com seems to NOT be responding, even though their registration web page works, but nothing ever arrives after the promise to send the registration to our email, and yes, I tried a bunch of emails, none got a response even though they were accepted by the registration web page.

I submitted the information to get the key several times, but nothing send to me.
I registered and received 2 email from Paragon verifying my subscription when I submitted my information to them so I’ll receive my activation serial number.
I NEVER received this damn serial.
Why?
They did send me 2 emails, one to authorize my subscription and the second one to thank me.
BUT NO SERIAL NUMBER.
I am very angry, livid and a disappointed user at horrible Paragon.
What in hell is Paragon doing?I registered twice with 2 different email accounts to get the damn serial number to activate this darn program.
On both email accounts I received 2 emails from stupid and unresponsive Paragon, one to activate my subscription and the 2nd to thank me for my subscription………but NO SERIAL number ever provided. Why?
Paragon is really an irritating company.
After waiting for many hours and still no serial number received from terrible Paragon I searched and found a beautiful working torrent with an already activated version of this program.
I am now set with a good and properly working program.
Paragon….I don’t need you anymore, so go to where the sun never shines.
