I am an IT guy and I strongly suggest you DO NOT install this program. I told it I wanted to keep wireless as my connection and on the first automatic apply, it bonked my wireless network. I couldn’t even restart the services it shut down, it was like they were locked. Thanks God I made a restore point in system restore before I installed this and was able to turn my system back an hour. NOT FOR THE NOVICE AT ALL – WARNING !!

This is a nice tool, though only one of many for accessing and controlling Microsoft’s and other vendors Windows services.

I like that I can go to [ Manual TuneUp ]
    – click on any line item to read a description of general features and benefits,
    – click on [ Details ],
    – and see the services associates with those features and benefits.

I like that I can go to [ Services Manager ],
    – click on any line item,
    – select [ Location ], [ Properties ], and most importantly, [ Delete ].

I may not have the program do anything, but those are useful points of insight.

And it’s nice to have a tool that can delete a service for those times when a pesky program has no effective uninstall routine.

    Alternatives:
    – free Kerish Doctor
    – free Glary Utilities
    – free Microsoft SysInternals Auto Runs
    … web search for more.

Do not install, it completely kills EVERY microsoft service including the store and news, these are necessary evil and must be kept, however this app completely stops, removes, disables EVERY service, if you have installed this and have found your store no longer works you have to edit the hosts file as this app has blocked all microsoft ports (and more) the programmers have stuffed up big time with this app
