What’s going on?When logged into Ascomp site, no program available!
I tried following the directions but the response was that I had already used the code for my address. When I log into Ascomp, it shows that I had PDF Compress Professional, not just PDF Compress (this off), which I considered was a “lite” edition of the Pro edition. My license had expired, so I cannot take advantage of this offer.
If you are registered, you will not get the version. Use a different email address. I registered on June 21, 2023. My download had already expired on June 13, 2023. Why???
Support said I got a gift and should be happy with it. But where is the gift if I could not download and use it at all? this is a joke.
And I tested the program. Wondershare PDFelement is better. You can work with the programm and also compress the pdf. And Wondershare compress more like this program.
For the test, the present and the way to the present was okay. It will not work on my computer. Thank you.
