The SOS-downloaded starter program itself has 0 hits at VirusTotal, but installs nothing, it only waits at the “register first” screen, no installation without a customer number.
So, we cannot follow the directions to install the software because it demands that we register FIRST.
But when I try to register, I get no email response from [ ascompsoftware.com ] regardless of the email I use – slow? defunct? not ready for the giveaway?
If we go ourselves to download the trial program from their web page to start there, VirusTotal reports 1 hit, Comodo Malware@#1a0ogf27u0j1s, and I do not want that.
I found a prior customer ID by asking at their web page [ https :// www. ascompsoftware. com/en/login/reminder ].
Using the recovered ID entered into the SOS-downloaded starter program, all I get is the trial same version, which VirusTotal reports 1 hit, Comodo Malware@#1a0ogf27u0j1s, and I do not want that.
Not what I expect.

( a ) has ZERO hits at VirusTotal, and
( b ) has something to offer for us to review and give feedback on through SOS.THanks anyway, but I decline.
.I have the same issue. After sending a registration form, I did not receive any email with code.
same here but some one must have gotten the key as it say’s 96% good but it will not even give you the key so how is it that good?
The temporary program does not install. I give up on this program.
I also had also that I was unsuccessful in registering this software. HOPEFULLY, this message will get posted.
Please check your spam folders, all mails have been sent out properly from our Mailserver.
Regarding Virustotal: Our files are 100% free of any malwares and viruses. Anyway, we cannot assure that every antivirus detection scans and reports correctly. If it is one of 70 which reports an issue, then you can be quite sure there is everything fine.

The Software must you download from Your Account on the Ascomp-Page. I think You have not read the mail which You get from Ascomp!Me too! After click the ‘send’ button under registration, I did not receive any email with the code. Please help to solve the problem. Many thanks
I do not receive the second email which should contain customer number and password. So I cannot follow the directions to install the software. Please send me the Email with required information.
