So the program downloads and upgrades to Pro version fine.
But, I sent a couple different damaged .pdf files to it and the “fixed” file opens but just displays a blank page.
This could be because the .pdf files I tried to fix were restored from deleted files. YMMV, but in my years of working with .pdf files, those were the only files that I’ve ever had problems with. I’m still hoping for some software that will repair those files.
[@RSR] That might be your date recovery software recovered the PDF files failed, and the files only have empty data. You can try to use a HEX editor to open your recovered PDF file, it might display data as 00 00 00 00. PDF Fixer can fix the half or piece of PDF data successfully.
1. Works when PDF itself opens, all sorts of incomprehensible font.

Open the file in the HXD program (after making a copy), and add the desired codes at the beginning (I did not really figure it out), save.
I do not understand why the program itself does not want to rewrite the beginning (“header”) file.
