Upon extracting the downloaded package, I couldn’t help but notice there are two applications: x64 x86
I can only presume that the x86 would go into the programs folder of my Win 10 pro; and the x64 would be a separate installation. My concern is which program to install or do both have to be installed. I do not have a hardware key as yet as the program is not installed. I do have a product key. I would just like to know which installation should be installed.
[@mardel53] Please unpack the zip folder. In it you will find vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe. These files are the visual studio library Perfect PDF needs. Normally, if not installed, the program setup starts one of them automatically while installing Perfect PDF – dependant from your OS. Please start setup.exe, this is the Perfect PDF installation. The Perfect PDF installation will install both instances (x86 and x64 of Perfect PDF) on your computer (if you have a 64 bit OS).

Can we delete the 32-bit version after installation on a 64-bit system? Why is it installed?[@Felix Crevat]
I also would like to know why 2 programs (32 and 64 bit) have to be installed on my 64 bit comp.
One of them is useless, like an unnecessary bloatware. Come on!This program wants to install VC-Redist.x64, an obsolete, version as I have a newer one installed and install FAILS. This program is a 2017 Release, so please adjust to a newer date VC.redist or do not request the obsolete installation files, as most of the computers have an ACTUAL version of it.
wont install! keeps asking for permission tp install / update MC VC 2015. Permission give, manually installed nut still wont complete installation. Too much work, too complicated!
I can’t activate the program, why are there so many difficulties?
