cannot install or save – same problem as the other day with the video editor

I found the ZIP file in Downloads when I searched, but the Install Now did not work.
Installed (per the instructions) without any problem.
At first glance, the user interface looks cluttered and clunky, in need of a more streamlined and intuitive organization . . . but I’m looking forward to trying it out.I Wil try it. The important to me is the ability to extract text from scanned documents or copy Te highlighted text in the PDF for pasting it in Word

“An error ocurred while the activating your product. Please contact our support team”. Any help?Thank you

I’m trying to activate Perfect pdf9 whith the activation key shown in the download-page, but it’s impossible!. I’ve read and follow all the instructions you give in the page , taking care of all the issues, but there’s always the same message: “an error occurred while activating your product. please contact ou support team”.
(…and I don’t receive any email, the activation key appears in web when I download the product..)
