I’m usually the one crying for help, but I had only a little trouble finding the place to put the license key. In the Help drop-down menu, it is the box just above About, which is at the bottom. So just one box up from that. On the far right, one reg. number is entered and then there is a space to enter the License key right underneath that. I did install as administrator by right clicking one the installation file, SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_Photo_Pos_Pro_PREMIUM_hub.exe
james listerGuestSame problem as Henry
When I enter key, I get an error message
“Registration failed (Computer reg addr not found)”
Windows 10 x64 newest updates installed 1809I have the same problem and I tried installing it on two different computers two different ways.
Mr.DaveGuestHow are some people able to register this program?
I tried again to re-install: uninstalled program with Soft Organizer, which supposedly deleted all traces of the old program, re-download the hub file, and got a new copy of “Photo Pos Pro PREMIUM.exe”. Installed as administrator. This time I left the box checked for the 21-day free trial of Premium. The Help menu still does not list any way to register (“To register Photo Pos Pro, go to HELP -> PREMIUM VERSION”).
Where are people getting the Premium version file from, which has the “PREMIUM VERSION” registration option in the Help menu? Or is there some registry key from an old install that is blocking this?
Mr.DaveGuest[@Mr.Dave] Sorry, I just now read the install instructions again. It says: “When you run Photo Pos Pro, be sure to DECLINE the 21 day trial, because if you will not be able to enter your license key if you start the trial.”
I’m certain I unchecked the 21 day trial box the first several times I tried to install this, that’s why a made a point of leaving it checked my last attempt. It seems some registry key was set from my old installation that does the same thing as the 21 day trial. I would have liked some warning that people who have ever had a previous installation will NEVER be able to register a new installation. Seems like an odd policy to me. Oh well, I lost about 2 hours and what I thought was a very good program. Uninstalling, and obviously can never try to buy this program again since it won’t register. Maybe someone else can learn from my mistake.
SkyGuestInstalled normally, win7/64, but after selecting skin, etc., launches a stupid static image (splash screen?) and then nothing happens, no where to click or get it moving. What a total waste of time again! I am nagry that I have wasted my time with a 1 year trial program, too! Uninstalled.
Peter E.GuestWhen you run Photo Pos Pro, be sure to DECLINE the 21 day trial, because if you will not be able to enter your license key if you start the trial
Screenshots of how I did it.
