No matter what I do, I cannot find the place to register. It says go to help and run the premium version…I did but still cannot find the place to register. Tried downloading from the email with the registration number, and still found no place to put the number. Tried every single selection place with nothing.

rerun prog as admin, then enter key again, this helped me to register the premium version (had the same error code first)

I think that you all are full of hot air. I have tried everything imagineable, and nothing works to try and get this software program to register.

Ok, I’m agreeing with Mark. I had this program installed before, was hoping to extend my license from 1 year starting Oct 31 2018 to 1 year starting January 29, 2019.
    a. Try to enter license code into old version. No where to put it. “Help” menu in Novice interface takes you to a web page of help. “Help” menu in Pro interface shows: Tip of the Day, User’s Guide, Tutorials, What’s New, Support Information (a Facebook page that knows nothing of my registration), Website, and About Photo Pos (says nothing of licensing, only has an OK button). No other menu or button options offer a place to enter a license key.
    b. Try to install on top of the old version. Same results as (a).
    c. Uninstall old version, install new version. Same results as (a).
    d. Uninstall old version, install new version AS ADMINISTRATOR. Same results as (a).
    e. From install in (d), RUN program as ADMINISTRATOR. Same results as (a).

So now I don’t know if I have a program that expires in Oct 2019 or Jan 2020 or in 21 days or some other timeframe. No way to tell, and I still have not been able to enter the license key. In the title bar, the program says “Photo Pos Pro”, no mention of Premium. So my guess is that after all the above steps, I have the free version I can get from their website at any time. Maybe that’s not so bad, I can’t find anything that tells me what the Premium version offers in addition to the Free version.

I created a System Restore point, so I’m rolling back the clock. Don’t know what I’ll find when I get back…

[@Mr.Dave] Update: System Restore failed because there was a pending Windows Update to install when my PC rebooted. Official explanation: my antivirus blocked the system restore and needs to be disabled to try again. Too risky with the Windows Update thrown into the mix.

So, if anyone can tell Mark and me where the license code is entered, thank you!!! Especially someone who is upgrading from a previous install.

We got a registration number and directions on how to register the program, but after following the directions and going to help as it said, there was no place to put in the registration number. After reading about the flashing ads in the Pro version, I think I will stick with Photoshop.
