Hello folks, I am back again to say I am still awaiting the elusive email.

For the smart ones who have posted and the procedure at FRANZIS worked as advertised – lucky you – but do not castigate the many who, like me, are not idiots.

I’m registered on the FRANZIS site too; it even tells me so. It says “Your confirmation e-mail is on its way to you
Optional:enter a new secure password and submit your data.” Indeed it has said that every time I click but I wait in vain.

I cannot see why I need to change passwords when the current one is clearly accepted but I’ll try this if the email fails to appear.

Currently I am zero for two and I have a feeling this free software is not going to grace my computer. I might add that SOS has not let me down before.

Finally, installed and registered. I’d forgotten I had another FRANZIS product.

How did I get that email? I clicked on ‘Forgotten Password’, and this seems to have freed up the procedure. An email with my Password was sent quickly. All went smoothly thereafter. So, you guys still waiting could try what I did. I did not change the Password, I simply input it again after asking for a memory jog.

You cannot expect the latest releases all of the time. The psychology of giveaways is users will like the product so much that they want to pay for the latest version.
