I bought their lifetime subscription a couple of years ago and then had it running in the background to backup my data. A few days ago I tried login to my account and got the message that the account didn’t exist. Contacting their customer service I got the response that my account was irretrievably deleted without any notification or warning. A LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION THAT I PAID FOR!
