The download link for Power-user Premium is provided to you above. Download and install Power-user Premium. After install, run Microsoft PowerPoint or Excel or Word and you should see a new tab for POWER-USER. Click on that tab, go to INSERT LICENSE KEY. At that screen, enter the following license key and click ACTIVATE:

Then click NEXT and OK. Done! Enjoy!
Sadly does not support MS OFFICE Publisher, maybe Publisher does not support add-ins? If power user does not appear in the UI you may need to manually enable it in the programs add-ins settings.
You make a basically untrue statement in that it is not true forever just for 1 year…

it’s only a 1 year expiring license not a non-expiring license. It’s probably less than a year license as it’s probably counting down from when the license key was generated and not from when you apply it in the program.
