Hub and manual download don’t work.Nov 7, 2016 at 3:39 am #6081348Mister LeeGuest
Question: what is the advantage of using print2flash, rather than just converting your doc to PDF? PDF is the universal solution to the dilemma of the recipient not having the correct application to open the document you have created. PDF renders your document to a format, that virtually anyone can open, on any computer and have it look the same as your original creation. Any possible benefit of print2flash seems redundant.Nov 7, 2016 at 8:15 am #6082868Ben RadolskyGuest
yreply user=’Mister Lee’ id=’6081348′] Yes, you may use PDF for that. However, you’ll still need a PDF viewer on your computer or phone and Print2Flash does not requires it – all you need is a browser. An additional bonus is you can display a document right inside the web page altogether with other content and users don’t have to leave the website in order to view the document. Also, the document may act as a part of your web site or web application as there is an API for Print2Flash documents.Nov 7, 2016 at 9:51 am #6083319StavrosGuest
When i registered it turns from trial to basic.I tried to convert a PDF but did nothing. Then i tried to convert a ppt but just open it with WPS program that i use and convert it to PDF without give me any options. This is useless for me.I uninstall it.Nov 7, 2016 at 10:03 am #6083369ArtyGuest
[@Stavros] If you can’t convert a document with Convert button, you just need to open your document in an application (e.g. in Adobe Reader or WPS Office) and print it on the virtual printer named Print2Flash 4 Printer.Nov 7, 2016 at 1:14 pm #6084009KuceraGuest
Installing from the hub crashed my Windows 7 computer. Saving the installer and running it from the Downloads ran until the following error popped up:
Windows can’t install the Print2Flash 4 Printer Driver kernel-mode print driver. To obtain a driver that is compatible with the version of Windows you are running, contact the manufacturer.
Now when uninstalling, I cannot get rid of P2FShellExt64.dll as it is running as a shell extension in explorerNov 7, 2016 at 1:25 pm #6084046KuceraGuest
Had to kill and restart Explorer to be rid of it. Pity, could have been useful.Nov 7, 2016 at 2:55 pm #6084238KamakzieGuest
