Spoke to their chat helpline. The following comment :
SharewareOnSale has sent you an incorrect serial number, or it is for a different program.I had the same problem. Try putting “Shareware on Sale” (without quotes) in the name field and then the serial number you were sent. Worked for me anyways.
Where is the registration key?
I’ve installed this and checked my spam folder and there’s nothing.

Usually, I expect to give a vendor feedback on how to improve their product in exchange for a current full version of their product.
This is an old 2019 version 3 NON-PORTABLE.
The current is 2020 version 4 NON-PORTABLE, so any feedback I offer goes nowhere because the vendor has already moved on.
So, what can I say about v3 NON-PORTABLE except the even Revo has moved on?

Sadly, the license does NOT appear to work with the PORTABLE version of 2019 v3.
The best available to us is 2016 v2 PORTABLE … 4 years old ( they’ve moved on to 2018 v4 PORTABLE, by the way, STILL 2 years old by now ).
Free 2016 v2 PORTABLE is best because it does not require INSTALLATION, which is the bugaboo this program is trying to help us with: unnecessary installations.

.This is a rather old version of Revo. I have v 4.4 from a free download on a previous deal. FWIW they have asked to update to v 5 (paid).
It seems the offered version is only for 64 bit Windows. Is there a version for 32 bit?
[@Peter Blaise] Great input, thanks. We are happy here to get a bone once in a while even a rancid one. They could give us version 4 with a 6mo license. Version 3 was slow at start, 4 is a bit faster but so far not seen too much of a difference.
REVO Uninstaller is an Outstanding piece of Software; it does what it’s designed to do, very well. There are many other functions, but I never use them. Yes! This is a rather old version of REVO, however, very capable. If you download this version don’t upgrade to version 4 or you’ll be paying for one year of useage. REVO didn’t used to be an annual subscription, but with Version 4 that changed. To the best of my knowledge REVO does not offer and lifetime subscription. If your interested in Version 4 you’ll need this Version 3 to do so. To the best of my knowledge REVO will function on a 32 bit machine. There is one installer and I have REVO 3 installed on 2 machines; one 32 bit and one 64 bit. I admittedly have not had to do any installs on my 32 bit machine. I looked on “Softpedia” and it says that Version 4 will install on 32/64 bit, multiple OS’s!
