It has not provide registration.
Says: “ERROR: License key already used or invalid!”. What next?It has not provided registration key to my e-mail address.
License is not for life as it says in the post.
It is. As shown as a hint when you login the first time, the “Valid until” refers just to the download, update and technical customer service permissions (you see it as well when you move the mouse onto the ? button). You can use your present full version for lifetime.
Please check your spam folder, we had a few hundred registrations already without any issues.

Never received any emails from them. I checked spam folders too.
Did not work, all the registration code are taken…. I had to uninstall it

That’s not true, we don’t have a limit of registration codes. We still get lots of registrations.

After registering and trying to download, the following error is shown: “Downloading full version failed! Please check your customer ID and make sure your firewall is not blocking internet access.”
What do I do now?
Similar issues. No email received when trying the first time. Subsequent attempts receive a message of
ERROR:License key already used or invalid!
Did not receive an ID so cannot get past the initial install page.
Finally got the email and was able to download and install.
Do not rush to install this software on your computer,
as its license is only for 6 months.
For this reason, I installed it on a flash drive,
since its size is only 15 MB.
