When I try to confirm the redemption code, I get the error message “Trial User cannot activate”. I tried typing in the Redemption Code: …0920 and copying & pasting. Neither method worked.
The code doesnt work as the first user comment said. i have the same problem
I too experienced the same error when doing my best to follow the incomplete directions:
“DIRECTIONS
The download link for Shortcut MagicBox is given to you above. Your redemption code for Shortcut MagicBox is also given above. Download Shortcut MagicBox and install it. After install, run it and click the software system tray icon and select DISPLAY PANEL WINDOW. From there, go to GENERAL SETTINGS > and click REDEMPTION CODE. Enter your redemption code there. Enjoy!”
You don’t specify what to do at the initial login screen do we HAVE to register an account and login first or is it ok to just click “Experience” button to bypass the login screen and get the systray icon loaded so we can right click on it and continue following your instructions… I note the program installs DLLs related to googleAPIs I see no warning of analytics or what google services they are foisting on us… or privacy policy/EULA etc when installing this.
[@TK] I used 3rd party login and THEN the redemption code worked. YOU HAVE TO BE LOGGED IN EITHER BY A NEW ACCOUNT OR A 3RD PARTY LOGIN (google login) AND THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL THE REDEMPTION CODE WORK.
The Directions give on the download page were fundamentally incomplete in missing out what to do with the initial login screen before any systray icon is created. Hope this helps.On closer inspection there is no privacy policy, no geo location of the developer on this vendors website, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SOFTWARE WITH 3rd Party Login… I’ve disconnected it from my gmail login, hopefully they did not scrape too much personal data while the account was linked with them. UNINSTALLING with prejudice.

according to the case, the program virus didn’t even allow me to download it, I downloaded it from their website.
Bit defender and virus total = potentially dangerous apps !
