Same issue as above.

I downloaded and installed the software. and then it comes up with a box “Request full version”.
I entered my email address, clicked the ‘subscribe to newsletter’ box,
then clicked “Request License Key”

However, then an error box pops up, shows
“There was no license key requested” , then the only option is OK
which takes you back to the page to ‘request full version’, and it goes on like that.
It cannot be used without the license key, so it is useless.

Same here. “There was no license key requested.” error.

I already had the program from another giveaway (GOTD), so when i first started the program, it didn’t even ask for any registration,so i guess it automatically used the older GOTD license. But after cleaning all up (removing the old license), the second start, it said, that in order to use the full version, i need to register for the newsletter, so i did and got the error from above.

I’m assuming it (the error) may have to do with already being registered. If you don’t get the registration pop-up after running the program, you may already have it registered.

To check if it’s already registered, when you go to Help -> About in the program, it should say after License type: that it’s the Full version.

There was no license key requested

As a frequent customer, I too have had similar problems with this software and trying to register for a key… So , I took it upon my self and others here, having problems to email engelmann (who produces the software) for advice: and they say this:

“Hi Pete,
please start our software with a right click and the option “Start as administrator”. Does this help?

It has worked for me so hopefully no-one should be having trouble now… if not give ‘Englemann’ an email..

Today the system does respond. They Send you an email with the required license key. And the software works.
