The form for REQUEST LICENSE KEY never showed up efter installation. How do I get a license key?

Not working.Same problem as the other folks here, the request for license fails repeatedly even with different email addresses:
“There was no license key requested”Directions were followed exactly, I even disconnected antivirus.
Nothing.They’re making a simple registration process unnecessarily complicated. And it doesn’t work.

I haven’t received the key. The program rejects my registration email with the annotation: There was no license key requested
error: there was no license key requested

Tried their “repair” option.
That wouldn’t work and ended in an vague error message which I couldn’t decipher.Then, completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program and tried again to get a license. Same result.

Downloaded and installed. Then:
“you’ll be asked to fill out a form; click REQUEST LICENSE KEY to proceed. You have to fill out the form to get the registration key. Next, check your inbox for an email from Simply Good Pictures 5 and follow the instructions stated there. You will need to click the verification link in the email and on the page that loads, you will be given your serial key. Copy that key.Once you have your key, go back to the software’s registration dialog. Click the option for ENTER LICENSE KEY. Enter your serial key into the field provided. Click CHECK AND ACTIVATE LICENSE KEY. Wait for the confirmation message and that’s it; just click CONTINUE or simply restart the software to start using it”

Thank youThanks! The installation works as a smile. The key came direktly in the software, you just have to read before you click anything. Then click on the blue link “activate” and restart.
Same comment as above. Registration does not work and no key is provided.
