About 3/4 through a conversion, the entire program shuts down . . . . with no error message.
I’ve tried running as admin with the same results.Anyone else having this problem or have any thoughts (aside from the obvious stuff)?

There is a free software doing the same : FotoSketcher.
This is the fastest photo-to-sketch/watercolor/painting conversion program I have seen. It finally makes conversion something I might start trying on a regular basis. Competitors are so slow as to make their programs of no use to me. Sketch Drawer Pro has a usable batch mode.
Worked a couple of photos and seems to have most of the elements of the competition. Final picture looks good to me. Not having any art background, though, I leave it to an artist to report on how close to an actual sketch/painting/watercolor the final picture is.
Would like to see photoshop plug-in compatibility.
Strongly recommend this program.
I have an earlier pro version I purchased and I use it a lot. I wanted to try this new version, but it will not run. It keeps asking for the key which I provide but the screen just disappears when I try to put the key in and hit continue. I have the key from Shareware, and also the one from the email that was sent to me. Guess I will stick with my old version. It does work and it works well. I’m not sure why this version does not.
Any difference between this “Pro” version and version 6.0 ?
I installed it – and … Hooah – version is v6.0 (not !!! 6.1). So – I looked on Installer file – and the same there – version is v6.0 :-( …
[@Vlado] Right, it’s version 6.0, not 6.1 according to the installer and the About dialog in the program. The demo on the homepage is the exact same installer and version number. So they either forgot to update that with the new version or there simply is no newer version.

THANK YOU.. THANK YOU.. THANK YOU !!!Yes as mentioned this is v. 6.0 not 6.1 My prior version got that reg # to pass through to this one so not chance to input today’s reg code. Doubt that code would bring 6.1 but too laze to uninstall 6.0 (or whatever it was/is) to find out if any ‘real’ ver update. No biggie, nice free app for creatives.
