Unzipped the Smart Talker folder and tried to install the resulting .msi file, but Windows reports it is corrupt or not a valid installation file. How can I get a working copy of the installation file?

Doesn’t work with windows10 64bits
This problem occurs because there is no 64-bit version of the Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 database provider.
