Is there something wrong with this software? There are no reviews but a 50/50 positive feedback score. I was wondering why it’s so low.
I am using BitDefender Total Internet Security and after installing “Smart Driver Manager” my Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit PC went into “Threat Mode”. They may be false positives, but I not taking any chances. Shame on SoftwareOnSale for offering this rubbish.

Smart Driver Manager contains MALWARE but it seems like Potential Unwanted Program. Beware to install it! Even its website also contains malware too. I was using IObit Driver Booster and nothing happen at all.

I was Thinking the same thing.
Bitdefender detected a virus contained with the software and refused to enable it and recommended that my system be disinfected. I have had to delete it from my system.

the program offered to download the driver Elan Touchpad Driver
instead of ALPS Touchpad Driver[@test]
this is normal, devices cand have different drivers because of different reseller, probable the elan touchpad driver is for the same device as alps touchpad driver.
anyway i dont advice to use too much this kind of software, this kind of software is very good to find driver for devices your system dont recognize or you cannot find yourself the driver.
I installed it on my Win 10 Pro and it found some old drivers, so no complaint.
Windows Defender did not flag it as malware.But I see no place where it says it will expire in a year?!

Bitdefender Total Security totally wiped this software even after I made exceptions.
I even tried to disable all protection, but Bitdefender goes on wiping this software.
WHat a pity, this software seems nice but i cannot uninstall Bitdefender.
Best regards.Heimdal Pro Security says this program is riskware…
