just a question,
I’ve received the download file for softmaker office 2012, but not the license key. only me or other have this problem ?
I’ve realise some E mail given was false (because a mistake….sorry!!) but the second is right but I’ve not receive the license key.
thank you to verify my problem!

I am in the same situation. Been several hours (about 10) and no license sent to email. I actually tried 2 separate emails & neither have received key yet. Nothing in spam folder either. Will wait a few more hours, maybe servers just overwhelmed.[@albert]

it seems I’m not alone to have problem!!!!!! I hope this bug will be repaired in a few time.
during other deal I had no problem!
