In MS Office 2019 on Win10 it won’t install to the ribbon.
Worked fine on Office 2007 in Win7.Jan 14, 2022 at 6:14 pm #19158866BillGuest
There doesn’t appear to be an “About” in the programme. How does one tell what version one already has installed?Jan 15, 2022 at 3:24 am #19160142HamilGuest
Hi. It can be installed to the ribbon of MS office 2019. Make sure the vsto runtime is installed before add it to ribbon. If it’s still not installed to ribbon, run the tool “[Install Directory]\utils\RegistryGen.exe” to generate the registry file, and double click this registry file, then it should be installed to ribbon.Jan 15, 2022 at 3:27 am #19160166HamilGuest
Hi there. You can right click on the notify icon in the system tray at the bottom right corner of the screen, the context menu pops up, then you can click the menu item “About…”.Jan 15, 2022 at 9:18 pm #19163554JimGuest
Is this a lifetime deal. Will we get future updates?Jan 15, 2022 at 9:21 pm #19163558JimGuest
Does anyone know how good this program is?Jan 16, 2022 at 1:26 pm #19166792AdamGuest
To run TAD in Word ribbon, just go to the subfolder “c:\Program Files (x86)\TujiaStudio\TAD\WordRibbon\” where you installed TAD and run the file ‘WordAddIn_TAD.vsto’. This will quickly install the Word ribbon add-in! It worked for me.Jan 17, 2022 at 4:19 am #19168939HamilGuest
Hi, Jim. Here’s the author. This program features one click to do the following in a MS Word document:
Creating a thesis template;
Inserting captions for figures, tables or equations;
Inserting cross-references for caption number, heading number, reference number, etc.;
Inserting a footnote;
Recording the document location;
Inserting a landscape page;
Layouting multiple figures with separate captions or with a shared caption;
Adjusting multiple figures to the recorded height, width, or size;
Selecting all figures in the document;
Inserting a predefined three-line table;
Selecting all tables in the document;
Enhanced bookmark management;
Enhanced wildcard search.
And many other features for you to explore.Jan 17, 2022 at 4:56 pm #19171259BillGuest
Hi Hamil, Thanks for your reply. I didn’t think of looking in the tray.
By the way, are you planning a Mac version? I am a Windows person, myself. But many of my student acquaintances are Macintosh users.Jan 17, 2022 at 6:54 pm #19171411JimGuest
Thanks. Will we get future updates? Or we are locked into the current version only?Jan 18, 2022 at 6:26 am #19174271HamilGuest
Hi Bill. I’m glad that you asked this question. Well, it depends on how the marketing goes. If Windows users find this program worthwhile, we will develop the Mac version.Jan 18, 2022 at 6:29 am #19174291HamilGuest
Hi, Jim. There’s no free updates for this giveaway license. But the functions of TAD are already plenty enough for you to use, I guess.Jan 20, 2022 at 7:26 pm #19185656JimGuest
The problem is that once you stop getting updates, it becomes a security and privacy threat.Jan 20, 2022 at 7:28 pm #19185661JimGuest
Thank you that you are fiving fir free. But include updates pls.
