Hey there, may I ask does the software strip DRM from Apple Music music files?

Yes, this software is able to remove DRM from Apple Music, iTunes M4B audiobooks and Audible AA/AAX audiobooks.I installed, opened. Did not get a window asking me for registration key. What am I doing wrong?

I installed it and it won’t accept the registration key.
It says “Network error, please Try file mode.”
I have network access. Please help.
