I downloaded and installe UltData for Windows, but the program doesn’t acccept the lisence code your sent me.

The program doesn’t accept the license code your sent me.
It is giving me the error “Please make sure your license code is correct and try again”.
Please help.
Downloaded, installed and registered without issue. Hopefully recovering files will go as well – haven’t tried it yet! Thank you.
I am experiencing the same problem with Ultdata. The license code provided by Sharewareonsale for Windows (3541D9-483E9C-506F80-498A25-440A97DE) is not recognized by the software.

The key for mac is not working

I downloaded and installed altdata for windows from SharewareOnSale.
The next day my computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows 10.
I reinstalled ultdata but cannot enter the registration code because the KEY ICON has disappeared.
How can I enter the registration code which you sent me if the KEY ICON is not there?
