В программе не хватает нужных настроек. Нельзя изменить вот этот параметр: Format settings, CABAC : No . Качество картинки отвратительное. Улучшить можно только увеличив размер видео в несколько раз от первоначального. В готовых профилях скудные поднастройки. Программа ни о чем, не рекомендую.
