I moved with the mentioned steps but I cant login to my account (Invalid Password & Email) in additional I cant see where the (hi to your account).
[@hazim] You may try reset your password (click Forgot your password? on the bottom) in Login page. After your login, you will see Hi your name on the top of the web page.

[@tobiasson] I agree. This is probably the most complicated registration procedures I have ever had to go through and I’ve been in the IT world since the 90’s! Really unnecessary.
This looks like it could be a useful program but right now I’m too exhausted from the installation and registration process to evaluate it.
Thank you Sanwhole for the lifetime license, free version updates, and free technical support. Most generous.
Depending on how well it performs this will eventually find a use in my electronic sock drawer.
Does your software support Linux ?
[@John] Sorry, Vole Media CHM can only be used in Windows now.
Does this software run under Windows XP? On the Sanwhole website, under “VMC Install” in the Product User Guide, it states “Operating System: Windows All with .NET 4.0”. However, when I try to install it under XP (sp3) I get a Windows error message “Vole Media CHM LTUD.exe is not a valid Win32 application”.
[@Colin] You may go to Sanwhole Download Center to download the portable version, and try again.

Getting error message and unable to complete my registration and use program.…
Upon following the directions to register and log on and import purchase and enter the giveaway license key #, it states “Purchase Code is expired!”
What to do now? Am I the only one with this issue and error message…?
[@Michael] Hello Michael, I have double checked, the code is valid now. Maybe you entered the previous promotion code.
