We have just released a new version 3.73.8053 of Vole PDF Creator. Please try install it and check if the issue is still there. Although this upgrade is not aimed at solving your problems. But maybe it’s different.
You may download it at Sanwhole Download Center. (click “Download” at bottom right in Sanwhole homepage)
Encountered “Unable to install because a newer version of this product is already installed.” So I uninstalled the previous install and reloaded. The install was successful. Then I ran the program and the result was exactly the same failure noted before.
