Minimum of 19.. $Not free and not perpetual, but low-cost–currently $1 for a 1-year license. (For a lifetime license, currently $19.15–the price fluctuates with purchases by customers.)
[@Mike S.] thanks for alerting to the 1 year for 1$ option. I’m leery of ‘Lifetime’ deals – their life is uaully short. And with the changing landscape regarding VPNs… I’m willing to risk spending a buck.
