It clearly states it is for Win 7 32 bit and 64 bit OS but the error states it is for 64bit.

My guessing is that the developers of the installer (unfortunately like many others) made a wrong assumption choosing between the 32-bit or the 64-bit version.
Fact is that, like many other Windows users, I have a 64-bit MoBo/CPU but my Wt Pro is 32-bit.
(my personal choice to maintain compatibility with some “ancient” programs)
So, my assumption is that the installer has been conceived to look at the hardware instead of checking the effective Windows version.
My advise:
It’s always better proposing two separate versions – one for the 32-bit, another for the 64-bit.
Just my two cents advise…
