    Just a heads up:

Upon install, browser tried to go to http://www.pcclean.io and Malwarebytes caught it, flagging it as a Trojan Domain. After jumping through MBAM hoops I added it as a safe domain. Come to find out I really didn’t have to as it picked up my old registration name which was grayed out and couldn’t be changed. It also showed Lifetime License.

    Yeah, two hits at VirusTotal.

Silly that YLComputing has migrated their name and website to WinUtilities then to [ PCClean. io ] as if their name is a problem or is better somehow calling themselves PCClean- I have them stored under YLComputing, I have no problem knowing their real name:

    — SuiNing Yilong Software Store

Their WinUtilities suit has always been functional and stable and quite useful, the free version won’t optimize memory automatically, the full version will, and it’s one of the more useful dynamic memory optimizers for old slow 4 GB Windows 7 systems.

I like the individual tools, and personally,

    — never leave anything running in the background except the memory optimizer

    — never run any automatic tools, always running manually and selecting options carefully, and selecting results manually.

Thanks – I recommend this as a MANUAL suite of tools.

Note: I also had to select the “download manually” option from the SOS downloader, and then it tried to download twice – quirky?

I believe the program directly from the vendor works with the SOS code today.

If available, I always read reviews prior to either downloading software or passing on it. Unfortunately, reviews that are years old usually are not worth reading. If possible I would ask to see only fairly recent reviews. Please accept this as constructive criticism.

Another option would be to list the reviews in most-recent-to-oldest order so that the older ones could easily be skipped.

The same old version offered 6 months ago that I already have it but never use it. Actually most tweaks are not necessary or simply irrelevant unless you use Windows 7 and old and limited hardware.

Great program. I had for years on my old PC which I have all locked up in closet after I wiped it clean of everything. Of course there are others free programs out there but this all in one is easy for those not real computer savvy like my husband. So downloaded on mine to check out first and now on to hubby’s, He should be able to use it. Fingers crossed.
