I don’t understand why the AI service doesn’t work 100%.
works well it just takes a looong time
It installed fine on my Win10Pro computer & activated fine also.
But when I tried a 13 min video to see what it would do, it said that it was going to take almost 4 hours to render it.
I canceled the process.
I don’t what it would do that would make it better than the original video, because the part that it did render looked the same as the original.
Also when I tried to play the video in the program’s player, the sound stuttered badly.
Not sure what this program is supposed to do that would be helpful.ERROR CODE 1 – IM NOT ABLE TO REGISTER IT EVEN THOUGH I RUN IT WITH ADMIN RIGHTS
I’M SURE I ENTERED MAİL AND LICENSE KEY CORRECTLY, THANKS.I tried it for converting my video made by Galaxy 32A, to make it smaller size (original is 1920*1080 30 Fps). The program converted, but rotate it. How can I achive that no rotation leave it in the original position? Other program can convert it and leaves the original position.
This software is giving a 1 year key at differnet giveaway/shareware sites.
Most commentors say, “It doesn’t work”. or “Results are a small file”.
Maybe it takes a powerful processor/CPU and a powerful VIDEO/GPU.
With Windows 10 and a 2gb Nvidia 710 Grafic Card doesn’t work.
10 minute video, proceses it for 4 hours, did not finish.
AI maybe just a gimmick for now. Real AI would cost big bucks.

Not sure why others are having trouble with this. It installed & activated without issue for me. On Windows 11 x64, and I still have their previous WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe giveaway installed alongside it; it didn’t cause any issues with installing this newer app. Thanks!
FYI you can’t update the app to the newer version, even though it’s dated for before this giveaway expires. The giveaway serial doesn’t work on that 2.1 version. It’s worth taking advantage of the $30 Lifetime deal they offer to upgrade, that’s actually a good deal.
As for the AI converter not working for so many people… to run AI models like this offline, you need a powerful GPU. It needs at the very least a dedicated GPU, it certainly can’t be run on an integrated GPU like Intel. If you don’t have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 20XX series GPU (or equivalent), don’t even bother trying to use offline AI converters like this. At best, conversions will take forever for you if you try anyway, and at worst, will fail outright.
I’ve got a GeForce 2070 and the AI conversion works seamlessly.
