Virus detected when downloaded via SharewareOnSale
Gave up when it pointed me to their website which has a small banner across top of Buy Full landing page.
“The giveaway version doesn’t support unlimited video/image enhancement features.” Thanks for click bait.Gave a second try using the direct download link in yahoo email vs from here. The email link (same serial both places) worked when ran it (be sure program not running after installed, use task manager to end it). Only way for me to avoid failure messages like -1 Error Code and such trying to activate it. It will display the post installation of itself behind any active open window in front of the finished install screen.
PS the version from here showed in task manager as a 32 bit program, whereas it says here that 64 bit is needed. It’s version V 2.0 and task manager doesn’t have any 32 next to the .exe file so guess it’s 64 bit as supposed to be.[@beergas] After two failed reg attempts (no license window appears on starting the app) I followed your instruction (as best I could). After two more installation attempts, all I get is a splash screen Ad for 60% off the full version and a browser redirect to the offer. At no stage has there been an opportunity or location to input Sharewareonsale’s supposed lifetime license no.

This restricted version is not worth it, treat it as a demo for if you are thinking of buying the full version.
As mentioned in the comment by Smithyk, disappointingly this appears to be a fairly crippled version. Immediately after the installation (which I had no trouble registering) I was informed that “the giveaway version doesn’t support unlimited video/image enhancement features” and was prompted to purchase the full “lifetime” version. Restrictions in this free demo version include: upscale videos to only HD; increase video frame rates to only 60fps; stabilization has file size limitations; video & audio download limited to 300 sites (full version offers 1000+ sites); the cut/trim/combine, add effect/subtitle, correct color, remove fish-eye, make GIF etc feature offers “basic editing only”.
Hence, many of the features mentioned on SharewareOnSale’s description apply only to the paid version, NOT this giveaway version.
[ @Ashraf] I knew what I was in for, and because my graphics card was not “enough” to do the hard work, it chose to give that work to the CPU, a FIRST gen Core i7 860. So once it was causing the fan to run hard, I killed the app. I might try it on a 4th gen i5 and see how that goes.
BTW, the clarity of an upscaled (by AI) image (JPEG) was very good, and the reason for giving it a go. It took a 720p webcam photo and turned it into something like a 1080p.
[@Terry Ross] I didn’t seem to have that problem, clicked the X on the “hey do you actually want to spend money?” and it gave me full access, just not lifetime license.
Installed O.K. I got the same problem as Ashraf however; my cpu works at 100% and the program locks at 40 %. It would be intersting to know what hardware is needed.

[@Rick] Just to be sure did you click on the link within a received email? That was only way it worked for me. The install actually appeared behind the open windows I was using. When it’s all going right you should get the serial install box for your email addy used & the serial from here that is also same in email.
Realize it’s a pain but every system is diff. I did get the email but it wasn’t instant. Maybe 5-10 mins cause I lost track having to uninstall the attempt using SOS site link which gave me the same false link results others got.

Same here, the program locks at 49% or 51%, during AI image processing.
