Merci beaucoup, j’avais justement besoin d’un tel logiciel
This seemed to be an amazing recovery tool until I tried to access the recovered items. I could not view the image files, or the pdfs or the epubs or the documents – it was a wonderful list of everything I was trying to recover but NOTHING was accessible. Kind of weird. So be aware just becuase it “recovers” a file, there is a high probabliity it is not accessible.
I have searched the website and found nothing. If anyone has guidance on this, I would appreciate it.

I agree with the previous poster. Nothing is shown as recoverable, even files in the Recycle Bin. The scan begins when you enter a path without waiting for additional information like the type of file and size, took at least 20 minutes to display a very large list of files that were and weren’t deleted. I’ve found other software from this company valuable, so this is very puzzling.
Useless.
I deleted several jpg files within the hour just before I downloaded/installed this software, so they were fresh in my mind & would have represented the perfect targets for recovery. However, after selecting the drive (can’t seem to specify only a certain folder) and letting it run its scan, it could NOT find ANY of the files. They weren’t listed in either “File Type” nor “File Path.”
In fact, it listed only 4 “deleted files” for that folder with the newest dated almost a month ago. Now we are talking about my download folder with new files being added & deleted almost every day, so its scan result is definitely way off the target.
Waste of time. Uninstalled immediately.This seemed to be an amazing recovery tool until I tried to access the recovered items
