I have Wise Duplicate Finder Pro v 1.3.4.42 installed on USB for the second year now.
I got this program for free from here and so far it works for me without any problems!I get the hub, but then nothing downloads, it just keeps sitting there with the circle spinning. I turned off the antivirus too….Tried downloading from both the Shareware site and from the email. Neither worked. I really would like this piece of software, but it just does not work.
I got the program, and install went fine, fully registered.
BUT…it does not STOP CRASHING ! Unusable !
– select size 100 MB to 100 GB
– select D:/ and F:/
– found 42 files and 42 duplicates
– beginning to select one by one
=> program crashes, no answer, 0% cpu activity, need to end it with task manager.I need to apologize : in my previous review, I said that this software was unusable. However, there was a problem on one of my drives, so it was normal that the program kept crashing.
After fixing the file system problem, the software worked great and made its job.
